**Project Milestone:** 

After two years of preparation, rehabilitation works officially commenced on **March 29, 2025**, marking a new chapter for this critical energy asset. 

**Executing Partner:** 

Sinopower is delivering comprehensive rehabilitation services including: 

1.  **Turbine & Generator:** Repair and recommissioning of existing Francis turbine units 

2.  **Control Systems:** Replacement, installation, and commissioning of control/protection systems 

3.  **Electrical Systems:** 

    - Full replacement of Medium Voltage (M.V.) and Low Voltage (L.V.) systems 

    - Replacement and installation of all control/power cables 

4.  **Operational Activation:** Final commissioning, performance testing, and handover 

5.  **Knowledge Transfer:** Operator training for sustainable operations
