1.Material of the core: Based on the properties of carbon fiber composite, our solution is all about reducing core weight, increasing core intensity and reducing the coefficient of linear expansion; improving elastic modulus and weather tolerance of the core with the combination of stainless steel layer and carbon composite materials; improving the bending resistance, radial endurance, security and reliability based on stranded wire structure. 

 - Outer layer: Trapezoidal annealed aluminum wire (conductive cross-section increased by 25%~40%, resistance reduced by more than 15%).

2. Capacity Increase Principle

- High Conductivity: A larger aluminum cross-section at the same outer diameter increases current carrying capacity by 30% to 100%;

- Low Sag: The linear expansion coefficient is only 1/10 that of traditional conductors, and sag is reduced by 50% under high-temperature conditions, allowing for higher operating temperatures (≤160°C);

- Lightweight Design: Weight is reduced by 30%, with no additional mechanical load requirements on the tower.

Our company is an authorized distributor of aluminum-clad composite core overhead conductor (ASCC) and can provide a complete line of conductors and supporting hardware. The carbon fiber composite core, cabling, and supporting hardware are all manufactured in-house by our authorized manufacturer, not purchased from outside sources, ensuring product quality.
